AudioLink Stream Loudness Monitor measures the loudness (LUFS) and sample-peak level (dBFS) of the audio playing in the browser tab you point it at. All analysis happens inside your own browser, in real time.
Nothing. The extension has no servers, no analytics, no telemetry and no third-party SDKs.
The extension saves your own settings in chrome.storage.local,
on your device only:
Removing the extension deletes them.
tabCapture — capture the active tab's audio so it can be measured.offscreen — host the audio analyser outside the popup so the measurement keeps running when the popup closes.tabs — read the active tab's title and URL to label the report.storage — persist the settings listed above.The extension requests no host permissions, injects no content scripts and loads no remote code.
The extension transmits no data, therefore no data is shared, sold or disclosed to anyone, including AudioLink.
